The Root Of All Evil Upon meeting Greg Root there was no doubt that this was an exceptional character. His knowledge of porno and Disney movies clashed into a twisted process that would come to epitomize him. It got to the point where there would be several stories a day involving Greg, ranging from disgusting to amazing to just strange. Nevertheless, it got to the point where after knowing him for only a few months I could say that I had more stories of Greg Root than probably everyone combined I've ever met (and I'm not sheltered, he's just that outrageous). It was agreed after one semester with Greg, and the countless stories, quotes and antics that a video camera should be brought down to capture part of this. So for the spring semester of 2003 we tried to keep up with the craziness that is Greg Root. This footage was originally made as a reminder that this manchild wasn't just a weird dream turned into The Root of All Evil. The plethora of footage was too vast and it got to the point where extraneous amounts of editing were being done to try to cut it down to a manageable size. Along with the basic arrangement, many hours went into the process and it was agreed that at this point, it should be put out for the public, in an attempt to share the experience with them. The video itself, running 67 minutes, is a collection of stories, brief interviews, raw footage and more with no filler. The video is in VCD format (click here for more info on VCD) at roughly the quality of VHS. The charge of $4.99 covers a quality hard-shell case with insert so it will mesh in with your DVD collection perfectly.
