I recently went on a bit of a spending spree over at Amazon buying some crappy video tapes used which is good news for you and hopefully good news for me. Good news for you is that the main purpose of this shopping spree was to get some films for me to review for this little site. The potential bad news for me is–well let me explain.

Over at Amazon every purchase lists something called “Plot Keywords” which, as the name would suggest, shows some words that are relevant to the storyline of the film listed. Take a look at the keywords of the films I bought.

Film 2:
Plot Keywords: Independent Film | Serial Killer | Slasher | Female Frontal Nudity

Film 3:
Plot Keywords: Exploding Car | Shot In The Forehead | Helicopter | Independent Film

I don’t think I have to tell you the potential bad news on my part based on these keywords. I have high expectations for these films but, based on past experience, I know the viewings of these films pay be very painful…especially considering the fact that two of them star Lyle Alzado. I’m not going to tell you the films because, well, that would ruin the surprise but I’m guessing that some of the more skilled visitors reading this will be able to guess a couple and are already probably shaking their heads right now with a laugh.

Two arrived already and I’m hoping the films themselves are as funny as the box covers.
